To develop these they need 3 thinking abilities

1. Divergent thinking – opening the mind to new possibilities
2. Convergent thinking – leading to analysis and synthesis
3. Meta cognition – think about thinking
   QFT – the question formulation technique s but a small shift in practice.
   this can be developed by choosing the Question focus or Q Focus.
