About ME

My belief

Hello, A bit about ME

“A hundred years from now, it will not matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, or how much money I had in the bank … but the world may be a better place because I made a difference in the life of a child.”
– Forest E. Witcraft

This quote has been the guiding philosophy of my life in education.

Though I entered the profession by chance, it soon became my calling. I briefly transitioned to the corporate sector, drawn by financial considerations—but the pull of education proved far stronger. I returned to school leadership with a renewed sense of purpose, even at the cost of a reduced salary.

From 2004 until my retirement in April 2022, I served as Principal in reputed ICSE schools across North Mumbai. Today, I work as an Educational Innovator, channeling nearly four decades of rich academic experience into workshops, teacher-training modules, and mentoring programmes. My work in teacher upskilling and educational leadership has been widely appreciated for its insight and practicality.

One of my greatest joys has been watching my former students rise to leadership positions—many are now Principals themselves, and one leads a university’s education department.

As a lifelong learner and passionate writer, I have authored five books, four of them post-retirement. These include three solo titles and two co-authored works. I have presented numerous papers at national and international conferences and published widely on educational innovation, inclusive learning, and the integration of ancient Indian wisdom with modern pedagogy.

The Writer’s Chapter

Writing, for me, is an extension of teaching—it carries ideas from the classroom to the wider world.
I now channel my experience into ghostwriting, editing, and storytelling that help others express their ideas with authenticity and clarity.

In an age of AI-generated words, I bring the human element: empathy, lived wisdom, and a voice shaped by decades of experience in education. I specialize in writing that blends research with reflection—content that informs, inspires, and stays true to its purpose.

Current Focus:

  • Ghostwriting and editorial collaboration for books, blogs, and thought pieces
  • Educational and reflective writing aligned with SDGs and inclusion
  • Teacher-training and curriculum-development content
  • Voice refinement and publication guidance for educators and institutions

Every project I take on is guided by one simple belief: words have the power to make a difference—when they come from the heart.
